Principal Teachers

Donna Nelson and Jacqueline Johnston are the Principal teachers at J & D School of Dance and Drama. From a very young age both teachers ambitions were to spend life dancing. They are Fellow, Members and Associates of the British Assocation of Teachers of Dancing. They both danced at various shows at the Kings Theatre, Theatre Royal and Paisley Town Hall. More recently bewteen them they have been invited to choreograph various shows including Oliver, Annie, Brigadoon, Wizard of Oz and many many more! Donna and Jacqueline founded J & D in August 1990 and over the years they have strived to provide a fun, funky and friendly dance school

To ensure piece of mind all teachers are vetted through Disclosure Scotland. All our teachers are friendly and approable and we hope the experience at J & D is proven to be a good one!!
